GARAGE SUPERVISOR/ VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR


We are looking for a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor who will be in- charge of coordinating all the maintenance and repair work of Heavy & Light Vehicle/ Equipment in our Garage.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations in the garage are running smoothly & efficiently.
• Supervise a team of mechanics, provide technical support, and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, supervise, and participate in repairs of mechanical defects in vehicles.
• Determine priority of work orders and their assignment to personnel.
• Plan, organize and schedule workflow of employees as assigned, assure timely completion of work.
• Initiate requisition, coordinate with suppliers for the purchase of spare parts, tools, & equipment.
• Monitor tools, tool room equipment, maintenance, and safety practices.
• Maintain records and reports of all work performed in the garage.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols in the garage.
• Liaise with operations department to provide estimates & lead time for repairs.
