Job Vacancy: Cleaning Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at assigned sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for team supervision, quality control, client coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff at assigned sites.
• Monitor daily cleaning activities to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare staff schedules, duty rosters, and attendance records.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.
• Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Report operational issues, incidents, and maintenance requirements to management.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle client concerns and ensure prompt resolution of service-related issues.
• Prepare and submit site reports as required.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning operations supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in facilities management, housekeeping, or cleaning services is preferred.
