Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Supervisor – Construction to supervise and coordinate MEP works at construction sites, including villas and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services.
Read and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
Coordinate MEP works with architectural and structural activities to avoid site clashes and delays.
Supervise MEP technicians, workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor the quality and progress of MEP installation works.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification of MEP works.
Identify site issues, technical problems, and clashes and report them to the MEP Engineer/Project Manager.
Ensure materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available as required.
Prepare daily site reports and provide updates on work progress and delays.
Assist with inspections, snagging, and closing of outstanding MEP works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable Bahrain construction standards.
Ensure workers follow proper PPE, PTW, and site safety procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MEP Site Supervisor / MEP Supervisor in construction projects.
Experience with villa and/or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and technical documents.
Good knowledge of construction site coordination and MEP installation practices.
Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
Experience in Bahrain is preferred.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
