Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify and address maintenance issues.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
Monitor and maintain the building's heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from employees and tenants.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Keep records of maintenance and repair activities.
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Availability for on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.
Valid driver's license (if required).
