Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Female Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at a reputed 4-star hotel in Bahrain.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel, preferably 4-star or 5-star.
Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel standards.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to supervise room attendants and housekeeping staff effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, organized, and customer-service oriented.
Candidates currently in Bahrain are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.
Inspect rooms and coordinate with other departments when required.
Manage staff schedules and allocate daily tasks.
Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Maintain proper housekeeping procedures and standards.

Salary & Benefits : BHD 210 + Accommodation + Meals on Duty + Transportation + All other Benefits a per Bahrain Labour Law.
