FABRICATION WORKSHOP MANAGER (Must Be In Bahrain)

Vacancy: WORKSHOP MANAGER
Gender: MALE
Requirement: 1 only must be in Bahrain/ immediate joining
Salary: from 400 BD (negotiable)

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years experience in a management role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment

Skills:
- Fabrication technologies, tools and process
- Project management
- Extensive knowledge of welding and metalworking
- Knowledge in machining process
- Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve production goals
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and practices
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the fabrication process, from design to delivery
- with clients and sales staff to determine project scope and specifications
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
Create production schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Train and supervise employees, including setting work schedules and assigning tasks
Inspect completed products and resolve any issues
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Keep abreast of new developments in fabrication techniques and technology
Stay within budget constraints
Meet deadlines
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Other requirements instructed or allotted by the Management.
