VACANCY – STEEL FABRICATION WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Location: Bahrain Attractive Salary Package

We are looking for a highly experienced, sharp and responsible Workshop Supervisor to independently manage our fabrication workshop.

Requirements:

* Strong experience in steel, stainless steel & aluminium fabrication
* Excellent ability to read and understand fabrication/shop drawings
* Good knowledge of welding, cutting, rolling, bending, assembly and finishing
* Strong knowledge of materials, tools, machinery and consumables
* Able to supervise workers, allocate jobs and maintain productivity
* Control stock, materials, tools and consumables and minimize wastage
* Ensure excellent quality, safety, cleanliness and workshop organization
* Good spoken and written English
* Able to deal professionally with clients when required
* Prepare daily progress, manpower and material reports
* Must be alert, organized, hands-on and an excellent problem solver
* Able to work independently and take full responsibility
