A well-reputed Real Estate Company is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Property Admin. The successful candidates will be responsible for helping clients rent and manage properties, as well as providing advice and guidance throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct property viewings and inspections.

Ensure all leads and enquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices follow up with clients on a regular basis.

Coordinates, facilitates, and oversees interactions with clients, tenants, landlords, brokers, and managers.

Good knowledge of English communication skills.

Experience in real estate will be an added advantage.

Driving Liscence required

Strong social media skills.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.
