Chicket W.L.L. fast food Restaurant chain with 11 branches all over Bahrain is Hiring Call Centre Executive Cum Customer Executive for the Call center
Following are the Requirements
 Minimum 3 years’ Experience as Customer Care call center Executive Attending Arabic and English customers.
 Fluent in Arabic and English
 High school degree or Bachelor in Commerce Stream
 Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
 Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles
 good knowledge of CRM practices and systems
 Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism
 Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
 Managing orders and ensuring their prompt delivery.
 dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
