Description

Roles & Responsible:
• Monitor and control access to the construction site, including personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Conduct regular site patrols to prevent theft, unauthorized access, and damage to company property.
• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, materials, equipment, and company assets.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and emergencies.
• Maintain daily security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with site security procedures and company regulations.
• Coordinate with site management and HSE personnel during emergencies.
• Perform shift handovers and other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• High school certificate or equivalent required.
• Construction site experience and Gulf experience are mandatory.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid security guard license or certification as per local regulations.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of working shifts.
• Basic English communication skills required.
