Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef de Partie to join our nightclub kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing and presenting high-quality cold bites, hot bites, cheese platters, and fresh fruit platters, ensuring excellent taste, presentation, and consistency in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present a variety of cold bites and canapés.
Prepare hot bites and appetizers suitable for nightclub and VIP table service.
Create attractive cheese platters with a selection of cheeses and accompaniments.
Prepare fresh fruit platters with elegant and creative presentations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
Experience in cold and hot appetizers, finger food, and platter presentation.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy nightclub service hours.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
