Head of Reception – Medical Center 🏥

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Reception to join our medical center team.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in medical center/hospital reception
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy reception
• Knowledge of medical appointments, patient registration and insurance procedures is an advantage
