📢 WE ARE HIRING – OUTDOOR SALESMAN

Company: Spices Manufacturing & Trading Company
Location: Hidd, Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outdoor Salesman to join our sales team.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Outdoor Sales / FMCG Sales, preferably in food, spices, or related products.

Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and customer network.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English – speaking and understanding.

Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Ability to visit customers regularly and develop new business opportunities.

Experience in order taking, sales follow-up, payment collection, and customer account follow-up.

Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Self-motivated, energetic, and responsible.

Good knowledge of food products and hygiene standards is an advantage.

Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage daily customer visits efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

Visit existing and potential customers regularly.

Promote and sell our spices and food products.

Generate new customers and expand the customer base.

Collect orders and follow up on deliveries.

Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances.

Maintain strong relationships with customers.

Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer requirements.

Prepare daily sales and visit reports.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
