PROJECT PLANNER

Position Overview

Reports to: Project Manager Location: Bahrain Status: Regular Full-Time
Role: Project Planner / Planning Engineer
Nationality: Any Nationality

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS
Project
• Prepare master schedules, look-ahead schedules, and milestone trackers aligned
with contractual timelines
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedule and identify schedule deviations
and critical path activities
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports with S-curves, histograms, and Gantt
charts
• Conduct schedule impact analysis and prepare delay analysis reports (time impact
analysis)
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules with manpower and equipment
deployment plans
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractual notices documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in project planning for solar EPC or similar projects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in schedule analysis
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
