Description

Duties and Responsibilities
 Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle, both inside and outside.
 Regularly check the condition of the vehicle and promptly report any issues, damages, or repairs
required to the Supervisor /Manager.
 Maintain the vehicle logbook accurately and ensure that all servicing, maintenance, insurance,
and other required renewals are properly recorded and up to date
 Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly at all times and comply with all traffic laws and
company safety procedures.
 Coordinate with the Supervisor and Sales team regarding daily delivery’s and ensure that all
assigned deliveries are completed accurately, properly, and on time.
 Ensure that all necessary documents and delivery-related paperwork are carried when
delivering orders.
 Handle customer interactions professionally and maintain a neat and presentable appearance
while providing a high level of customer service and hospitality.
 Ensure that delivered items are handled carefully and reach the customer in good condition.
