📢 WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE

Industry: Aluminium Cladding Signage Fabrication Branding Promotional Products

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bahrain.

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the same or related field
• Experience in advertising, signage, 3D letters, aluminium, cladding, façade, fabrication, construction, interior works or corporate branding
• Strong knowledge of the Bahrain market and local business network
• Proven ability to generate new leads and develop client relationships
• Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, companies and commercial clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare quotations, follow up leads and close deals
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently
• Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred
• Arabic & English communication skills preferred

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Visit potential clients and introduce our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers and businesses
• Generate new leads and convert them into projects and orders
• Promote our full range of fabrication, signage, branding and promotional products
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Negotiate and close sales
• Monitor projects and orders from initial inquiry through to confirmation
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
