Description

Role Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end daily operations of multiple cloud-kitchen locations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen staff, suppliers, and delivery platforms, while maintaining consistent food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations across all cloud-kitchen sites, ensuring staffing, scheduling, and workflows run smoothly
• Act as the main liaison between kitchen staff/chefs and management — ensure recipe standards, prep consistency, and food quality are maintained across locations
• Manage relationships with suppliers: place orders, negotiate pricing, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues
• Maintain adequate inventory levels across all sites — avoid stockouts, minimize waste and spoilage
• Manage all delivery platform accounts (primarily Keeta and Talabat) — menu updates, pricing, promotions, order issue resolution, and commission/contract negotiations
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints across all platforms; identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions
• Track key performance metrics: order accuracy, prep/delivery time, customer ratings, food cost %, labor cost %
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across all kitchens
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and resolve facility issues
• Recruit, train, and manage performance of kitchen staff
• Report regularly to ownership on performance, issues, and improvement plans
Requirements
• Prior experience in multi-unit restaurant, QSR, or cloud-kitchen operations
• Familiarity with delivery-platform dashboards and analytics
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills (staff- and customer-facing)
