What you’ll do

Promote and market residential and commercial properties
Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property viewings and understand clients’ requirements
Negotiate and facilitate property sales and rentals
Use social media and digital platforms to generate business
Work toward individual and team sales targets
Stay updated on Bahrain’s real estate market and property trends
What we’re looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, positive, and professional personality
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good follow-up and customer-service skills
Real estate experience is an advantage, but not required
Valid Bahrain residency/work eligibility
A valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
