Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE to join our team and grow our presence in Bahrain’s FMCG/food market, with a strong focus on General Trade (GT) and HORECA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit and manage existing customers
• Develop new customers and business opportunities in GT and HORECA
• Promote products and achieve sales targets
• Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
• Follow up on customer payments and collections
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer requirements and provide excellent service

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years’ outdoor sales experience in Bahrain’s FMCG/food sector
✅ Experience in General Trade (GT) and HORECA is strongly preferred
✅ Experience in sales and customer collections
✅ Strong sales, negotiation and deal-closing skills
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
✅ Valid Bahrain driving license
✅ Locally available in Bahrain
✅ Immediate joining preferred
