WE ARE HIRING – ( HR) / AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES INDUSTRY

Well-reputed company in Bahrain looking for an experienced HR & Staff Training Professional with knowledge of the Automobile Service & Car Mechanical Industry. we preferred local candidate

Key Responsibilities:

* Requirements employees
* Conduct training programs for automotive service and mechanical staff.
* Train employees on car servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
* Improve employees’ technical knowledge and practical skills.
* Develop training materials and staff development programs.
* Monitor staff performance and identify training requirements.
* Promote proper workshop safety, customer service, and professional standards.
* Coordinate with management to improve overall workshop efficiency.
* Documentation & Records / Reports ( Monthly )

Requirements:

* Experience in automotive service / car mechanic training.
* Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
* Previous experience in HR, staff development, or technical training is preferred.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to train both new and experienced automotive technicians.
* Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are an advantage.

Salary: Salary will be discussed on personal interview with experience and qualifications
