WE ARE HIRING –( HR ) / AUTOMOTIVE SERVES & INDUSTRY


We are looking for an experienced HR & Staff Training Professional with knowledge of the Automobile Service & Car Mechanical Industry. we preferred local candidate

Key Responsibilities:

1- Staff requirements

• Conduct training programs for automotive service and mechanical staff.
• Train employees on car servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Improve employees’ technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Develop training materials and staff development programs.
• Monitor staff performance and identify training requirements.
• Promote proper workshop safety, customer service, and professional standards.
• Coordinate with management to improve overall workshop efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive service / car mechanic training.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Previous experience in HR, staff development, or technical training is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to train both new and experienced automotive technicians.
• Relevant automotive qualifications or certifications are an advantage.


Salary: Salary will be discussed on personal interview commensurate with experience and qualifications
