🚨 **WE’RE HIRING — JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE**

A growing company in Bahrain is looking for a motivated **Junior Sales Executive** to join our team.

🛠️ **Industry:**
Doors • Vanities • Sanitary Ware • WPC • UV Panels • Fire-Rated & Waterproof Doors

### 👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum **2–3 years of relevant sales experience**
• Experience in **doors, vanities, sanitary ware, or building materials** is highly preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs
• Experience dealing with contractors, companies, designers, and individual customers is a plus
• Able to prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Motivated to achieve sales targets
• Arabic & English preferred
• Bahrain driving license is a plus

### 📋 Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide suitable product recommendations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
• Develop new customer relationships
• Follow up with contractors, designers, and companies
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

### 💰 Salary & Commission

**Basic Salary:** BD 200
**+ Attractive Commission Structure**
**+ Performance-Based Incentives**
