Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Barista Helper to support the barista and assist with the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring the café remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Job description:

- Assist the barista with daily coffee shop operations.
- Prepare and organize ingredients, cups, utensils, and other supplies.
- Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as instructed.
- Wash and clean equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Keep the coffee station and customer areas clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients and supplies when needed.
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain good hygiene standards.
- Support the barista during busy periods.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Previous café, restaurant, or food-service experience is an advantage but not required.
- No specific degree required.
- Good personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform basic manual tasks.
- Willingness to learn.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
