A multinational construction and contracting company specializing in high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic commercial team.

Job Summary

The MEP Quantity Surveyor will manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across our projects. You will handle cost estimations, bill of quantities (BOQs), interim valuations, and final accounts while ensuring projects remain profitable and adhere to contractual obligations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within the construction and contracting industry.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, measurement software, and general quantity take-off techniques for MEP services.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of standard contract conditions (FIDIC or equivalent), local market rates, and MEP work methodologies.

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
