🚨 We’re Hiring Sr. Procurement Specialist

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sr. Procurement Specialist to join our Corporate team.

📍 Location: Bahrain
⏳ Experience: Minimum 15+ years
🇮🇳 Nationality Preference: Indian nationals preferred

🔹 Job Purpose

The Sr. Procurement Specialist will lead end-to-end procurement and logistics operations across key product lines, including ELV systems, data centre electrical equipment, fire & safety products, industrial construction equipment, and heavy machinery.

The role requires strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, logistics coordination, and procurement planning to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant purchasing.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement and logistics planning for project materials and equipment.

Develop procurement strategies and schedules aligned with project timelines and budgets.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, warranties, retentions, and performance bonds.

Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders in line with company policies.

Coordinate inbound logistics, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in quality, service, and delivery.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including PRs, quotations, POs, and delivery records.

Prepare bid summaries and comparative statements for management decision-making.

Ensure compliance with company IMS/QMS procedures and applicable industry standards.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site/store teams to prevent stock-outs.

Prepare regular reports on procurement status, cost savings, and material tracking.

Utilize ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms for purchasing and reporting.


🔹 Key Requirements

15+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, and logistics, preferably in construction, MEP, ELV, data centre, or industrial equipment sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

MBA in Operations, Logistics, or Finance will be an advantage.

Strong network of local and international suppliers/subcontractors.

Excellent negotiation, sourcing, and vendor management skills.

Experience with ERP/procurement systems, preferably SAP.

Candidate with valid Bahrain driving license and locally available are preferred
