### **HR COORDINATOR / PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT**

πŸ’° **Salary:** Negotiable based on relevant HR & Payroll experience

**Chicket W.L.L.** is looking for a responsible and experienced **HR Coordinator / Payroll Accountant** to join our team.

### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

β€’ Prepare and process **monthly payroll**
β€’ Monitor **attendance, leave, overtime & deductions**
β€’ Manage **employee shifts and attendance through HR software**
β€’ Maintain and update employee information in the **HR system**
β€’ Prepare **HR memos, warning letters & employee communications**
β€’ Maintain employee files and HR documentation
β€’ Follow up on **employment contracts & renewals**
β€’ Follow up on **visa, work permit & residency renewals**
β€’ Coordinate employee-related **LMRA / GOSI / SIO** matters
β€’ Handle documentation for **new joiners, transfers, resignations & terminations**
β€’ Assist with **final settlements / end-of-service calculations**
β€’ Coordinate with managers regarding employee attendance, shifts and other HR matters

### **REQUIREMENTS**

βœ“ Minimum **2 years relevant HR / Payroll experience**
βœ“ Practical knowledge of **payroll processing**
βœ“ Good experience with **HR software / HRMS**
βœ“ Knowledge of **attendance & shift management**
βœ“ Good knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**
βœ“ Bahrain HR / LMRA experience will be an advantage
βœ“ Strong organizational and follow-up skills
βœ“ Ability to maintain employee information with **accuracy & confidentiality**
βœ“ Candidates currently available in **Bahrain preferred**
βœ“ **Female candidates are preferred**
