Description


We are looking for an experienced and active Joinery Foreman & Coordinator to join our Carpentry / Joinery Division in Bahrain.

📌 Requirements:

1. Must be currently available in Bahrain. Candidates from outside Bahrain will not be considered.

2. Must have proven experience at Foreman / Supervisory level in carpentry and joinery works.

3. Carpenter-level candidates are not required. We are looking for a capable foreman who can supervise and coordinate the team.

4. Must be able to read, understand, and interpret all types of technical, shop, and joinery drawings.

5. Ability to identify technical issues, make necessary adjustments, and coordinate solutions.

6. Must have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

7.Experience in supervising joinery production, installation, site works, and finishing is preferred.

8. Must be able to coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and workers to ensure smooth progress.

9. Hindi communication is mandatory. Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.

10. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage for reporting, coordination, and documentation.
