Description

City point hotel is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness, and lead our housekeeping staff efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1–3 years of proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Eye for detail with a deep understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, chemical safety, and sanitation standards.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit and able to manage a fast-paced environment.

Currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (preferred).
