Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Al Khobar

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong hotel background to join our team in Al Khobar.

Candidates with experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, serviced residences, or private residential properties are preferred. Residential/private household housekeeping experience is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, preferably 4- or 5-star properties.
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Senior Housekeeper.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, room inspections, and hygiene standards.
• Experience supervising, training, and managing housekeeping staff.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience with laundry, linen, cleaning supplies, and inventory control.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and behavior.
• Residential/private household experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Assign duties and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
• Inspect rooms, common areas, and assigned residential areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation meet luxury standards.
• Train and guide housekeeping team members.
• Monitor linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments when required.
• Ensure all housekeeping procedures are followed efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion, particularly when working in private residential environments.
