Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Communicate with customers in Malayalam professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales where applicable.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred
Fluent in Malayalam – Mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous telecalling/customer service experience preferred
Basic English communication is an advantage
Confident, polite, and customer-oriented
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Ability to meet targets and work as part of a team
