Description

Requirements:

1. Conversant with latest version of Primavera.
2. Minimum working experience in Shutdown Planning activities in Oil & Gas Sector-5 Years.
3. Excellent working knowledge of SAP ERP Systems (PM Module).
4. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
5. Basic working knowledge in Web Development (HTML) and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
1. Support Senior Shutdown Planning Engineer in all aspects of Shutdown planning.
2. Review maintenance work orders and identify Shutdown requirements.
3. Review Engineering and Design Reports and create Shutdown maintenance orders as required.
4. Develop, update and maintain detailed Projects and Gantt charts in Primavera P6.
5. Develop and maintain Project Reports and Forms.
6. Liaise with Shutdown Planners and Maintenance Personnel to optimize work scope, track costs, and create schedules.
7. Prepare technical evaluations/ comparison for offers.
8. Update and maintain the Shutdown website.

Working Hours:

8 Hrs. per day 5 Days a Week. Fridays and Saturdays: Weekend Holidays.
