Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in estimation, quantity surveying and tendering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Study drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Prepare rate analysis and competitive quotations
• Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions and follow up on clarifications
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams
• Maintain updated knowledge of Bahrain market rates and construction costs

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant estimation experience
• Previous Bahrain/GCC construction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil works, materials and construction methodology
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Bahrain construction market and local suppliers is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines
