We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, excellent candidate sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates across various departments and ensuring vacancies are filled within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen CVs based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records.
Prepare and publish job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Coordinate job offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable Bahrain employment requirements and company policies.
Requirements
Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong CV screening and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience recruiting for real estate, construction, facility management, or related industries is an advantage.
Knowledge of Bahrain labor regulations and recruitment procedures is an advantage.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
