We’re Hiring Head / Senior Barista

Are you passionate about specialty coffee, innovative beverages, and creating unforgettable guest experiences?

We’re looking for an exceptional Head / Senior Barista to lead our beverage program and help elevate one of Bahrain’s most exciting high-end restaurant and café concepts.

This is more than making great coffee—we’re looking for someone who can create trends, develop signature beverages, and inspire a team.

Your Mission

* Lead the daily bar operations with excellence.
* Develop unique signature coffee and non-coffee beverages.
* Design seasonal beverage menus that drive sales and customer excitement.
* Train, mentor, and inspire the bar team to deliver world-class service.
* Maintain the highest standards of coffee quality, consistency, and presentation.
* Manage inventory, ordering, costing, and waste control.
* Introduce new brewing methods, specialty coffee concepts, and beverage innovations.
* Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence at all times.
* Work closely with the Executive Chef and management to create exceptional guest experiences.

We’re Looking For

* Minimum 5 years of professional barista experience, including leadership experience.
* Strong background in Specialty Coffee (SCA knowledge is an advantage).
* Deep understanding of:
* Espresso extraction
* Latte art
* Manual brewing methods
* Coffee roasting basics
* Coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
* Creativity in developing:
* Signature coffees
* Mocktails
* Matcha creations
* Premium iced beverages
* Tea-based drinks
* Dessert beverages
* Excellent understanding of beverage costing and menu engineering.
* Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
* Positive attitude with attention to detail.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining premium quality.

✔ SCA Certification
✔ Experience in luxury cafés or fine dining restaurants
✔ Beverage photography and presentation knowledge
✔ Menu development experience
✔ Inventory and cost control expertise
✔ Passion for hospitality and continuous learning
