☕ Job Vacancy: Barista – December Event (Bahrain)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team for a month-long event in Bahrain during December 2026.

Working Schedule:

Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekends: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Duration: Daily shifts throughout December 2026.

Salary:

BHD 340 for the full event period.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Barista in cafés in Bahrain.
Previous experience working at events, exhibitions, or large gatherings.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a busy environment.
Excellent coffee preparation and customer service skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be punctual, responsible, and presentable.
Must be familiar with café operations and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Visa & Legal Requirements:

Applicants must hold a valid Bahrain work authorization that legally permits them to work for our establishment during the event period.
Valid Flexi Permit holders are welcome, subject to applicable LMRA conditions.
Applicants sponsored by another employer must have the required LMRA approval for temporary employment with our establishment.
Visit visa holders are not eligible.
