Description

We are seeking a candidate with real, hands-on experience in managing and operating service businesses or car wash operations, who will be fully responsible for:

- Daily operations of both branches.
- Managing and supervising staff.
- Preparing work schedules, attendance, and leave plans.
- Recruitment, interviews, and training of new employees.
- Overseeing maintenance, equipment, and suppliers.
- Handling customer complaints and improving service quality.
- Monitoring sales, expenses, and daily performance.
- Developing ideas and plans to increase sales and improve operations.
- Supervising the opening and operation of future branches.
- Providing clear monthly reports to the business owner.

We need a manager who can be fully relied upon to run the business, so that the owner’s role is limited to monthly follow-ups, reviewing results, and making key strategic decisions.

Required qualifications:

- Strong experience in daily operations and managing multiple branches.
- Experience in staff management, recruitment, and training.
- Strong leadership, disciplined, and well-organized personality.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently without constant supervision.
- Experience in increasing sales and reducing costs and waste.
- Strategic thinking for development and expansion.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and using management systems.
- Previous experience in car wash operations or multi-branch service businesses is preferred.
- A valid driving license in Bahrain is preferred.
