Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen CVs based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Prepare and communicate job offers to selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Coordinate documentation and pre-employment requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support other HR and recruitment-related activities as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Executive.
Strong experience in the complete end-to-end recruitment process is required.
Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across different levels and job functions.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
Knowledge of Bahrain labor market and recruitment practices is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment-related tools.
Locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner preferred.
