Job Opening: Sales Manager – Bullion Industry

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bullions and currency exchange, precious metals, investment products, or financial services, with a proven ability to drive sales, develop client relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor bullion market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client service.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the bullion, precious metals, banking, or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold, silver, and other precious metals markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in bullion trading, investment products, or commodity markets.
• Knowledge of international precious metals markets is an advantage.
