We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assess their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain costs and repair options.
- Create and manage work orders and coordinate with technicians.
- Keep customers informed on the progress of repairs.
- Order required parts and process invoices, warranty claims, and payments.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
