Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Storekeeper to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling, with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Store materials safely and systematically to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or reorder requirements to management.
Issue materials to departments or project sites according to approved requests.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic inventory audits.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Prepare inventory, receiving, and dispatch reports as required.
Requirements
Currently available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Storekeeper.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
Experience using inventory management or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to lift and handle materials when required.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the construction, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and inventory control procedures.
Valid Bahrain driving licence is an advantage.
