Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and online branding.
Generate and nurture qualified leads through effective marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the Sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Oversee content creation, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Build relationships with media partners, vendors, and external agencies.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
