Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Fire Protection & MEP Design Engineer with extensive knowledge of Civil Defense regulations, fire protection system design, and authority approvals.

Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare and review Civil Defense design drawings for architectural and MEP submissions.
2.Design complete Fire Alarm Systems.
3.Design complete Fire Fighting Systems, including:
4.Sprinkler Systems
5.Hydrant Systems
6.Hose Reel Systems
7.Fire Pumps
8.Foam Systems
9.Kitchen Suppression Systems
10.Gas Suppression Systems
11.Prepare hydraulic calculations and technical reports where required.
12.Ensure all drawings comply with the latest Civil Defense Codes, NFPA Standards, and local regulations.
13.Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and Civil Defense authorities.
14.Review Civil Defense comments and provide effective technical solutions.
15.Conduct site visits and resolve design and installation issues.
16.Support projects from concept design through final Civil Defense approval.

Requirements

*Strong knowledge of Civil Defense regulations and approval procedures.
*Excellent understanding of NFPA Codes and fire safety engineering.
*Proficient in AutoCAD
*Experience with residential, commercial, industrial, high-rise, warehouses, hospitals, hotels, *shopping malls, factories, and other large-scale projects.
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
*Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Nationalities

-Candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with GCC/Bahrain Civil Defense project experience.
