Job Vacancy – Cash Van Sales (FMCG)
Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cash Van Sales to join our FMCG sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned traditional trade outlets according to the daily route plan.
Sell and deliver FMCG products directly from the van.
Develop strong relationships with customers and identify new sales opportunities.
Ensure product availability and maximize sales in every outlet.
Collect cash payments and issue invoices accurately.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate daily inventory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cash Van Sales within the FMCG industry.
Experience in the Traditional Trade channel is essential.
Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred) or GCC driving experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Honest, disciplined, and customer focused.
