Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and HR administration. Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Assist in attendance, leave, and employee database management.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
Ensure HR files and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Preference will be given to Indian nationals.
