Description

We are looking for 2 Enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Warmly greet walk-in customers, contractors, and DIYers. Assist them in finding the right products, paints, tools, and accessories.

​Product Knowledge: Learn our product lines (coatings, primers, finishes, tools, and tinting options) to provide accurate recommendations and advice.

​System & Sales Operations: Process orders, generate invoices, and manage checkout transactions accurately using our store management software.

​Order Preparation: Assist with paint mixing/tinting (training provided) and ensure correct product matching.

​Stock & Shop Maintenance: Keep the counter area clean, restock displays, and monitor inventory levels.


​Requirements & Qualifications

​Customer Experience: Prior experience in counter sales, retail, or customer service is a plus (paint, hardware, or construction shop experience is a bonus).

​Tech-Comfortable: Basic computer literacy and confidence using point-of-sale (POS) or store software.

​Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn technical product details, color matching, and paint applications quickly.

​Communication: Friendly, professional verbal communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
​Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing during shifts and occasionally handling paint cans/boxes.
