### We're Hiring – Sales & Store In-Charge (Building Materials)

Hala Building Materials is looking for a dedicated and experienced **Sales & Store In-Charge** to oversee the daily operations of our building materials shop and contribute to its continued growth.

We are seeking a responsible, customer-focused individual who can independently manage store activities, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to improve sales and business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily sales activities, customer enquiries, quotations, and billing.
- Monitor inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate replenishment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, sales reporting, and overall operational efficiency.

**Candidate Requirements**
- Previous experience in building materials, hardware, or a related retail business is preferred.
- Good product knowledge and strong sales and customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including billing and inventory management systems.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the Bahrain or GCC market would be an added advantage.
