Description

Mysk Al Fateh Residences is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team.

Education • Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or ‎university. ‎

Technical competencies ‎required:
• Strong proficiency of HVAC, plumbing, electrical & water ‎systems.‎
• Strong knowledge of generators, fire alarm & fire protection ‎system.‎
• Knowledge of safety regulations, emergency systems and ‎statutory compliance requirements.‎
• Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance.‎
• Procurement, Inventory control and management skills.

Previous experiences ‎required:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel engineering, ‎facilities management, building
maintenance, or a related ‎technical leadership role.‎
• Proven experience managing preventive maintenance ‎programs, engineering teams, and
building systems.‎

Language required • English: Spoken & Written. ‎
