Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically fit Goods Receiver to join our team in Bahrain. The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting damages or discrepancies, and ensuring efficient inventory placement in the store/warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming stock shipments from local and international suppliers.

Cross-check physical delivery counts against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

Inspect goods for damaged items, short shipments, or quality issues and immediately report discrepancies to management.

Organize, sort, and tag received items before moving them to warehouse storage or store shelves.

Perform daily stock receiving data entry and maintain accurate receiving logs.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Goods Receiver, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Clerk (preferably in Retail/Supermarket).

Skills: High accuracy in physical stock inspection, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle physical lifting.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and hands-on experience using barcode scanners and ERP/inventory management systems.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
