Description

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
Ensure all stock transactions are recorded in the system.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Monitor slow-moving and near-expiry stock.

Receiving Operations
Receive products from suppliers and transport companies.
Verify received quantities against delivery documents.
Check product condition, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
Prepare Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).
Update inventory records upon receipt.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

Warehouse Storage:
Ensure products are stored according to company standards.
Implement FIFO (First In First Out).
Implement FEFO (First Expiry First Out) where applicable.
Maintain proper warehouse organization.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Dispatch & Loading Operations:
Prepare daily picking lists.
Verify all products before loading.
Coordinate loading of distribution vans.
Ensure accurate quantities are dispatched.
Prepare dispatch documentation.
Obtain driver acknowledgment before departure.

Product Expiry Management:
Monitor expiry dates weekly.
Maintain expiry tracking records.
Identify short-dated products.
Coordinate promotional activities for near-expiry stock.
Report risks to management.

Receiving Reports
Dispatch Reports
Stock Count Reports
Damage Reports
Expiry Reports
