Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
